We do hope that you will be satisfied and come back to continually use our services and recommend your friends out quality and best service. For any inconvenience by the act of god that causes error in purchasing step, we have policy saying that you could return the product with concern to provide convenience and fairness to customers under the condition that the damage caused by delivery transportation, loss of goods that the company cannot track the information, the goods received are not as declared conditions or details set forth in the campaign and/ or delay of shipping process.

Product Return Policy
BuzzeBees aims to provide you the best services with care about good relationship between customers and company. As a result, if you are not happy with our products or services, please return it back to us within 7 days after the day you received it according to the product return policy. You will need to submit the form Refund Form within seven days from the date you receive the goods . Shipping and return to Buzzebees within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Once we receive the product, the refund shall be process to you in full.

We only accept product returns under the following conditions;
- Product damage from the manufacturer
- Expired Products
- Products received do not match the conditions or details set forth in the campaign
- Product has been damaged during delivery
- Loss of products that the company cannot tracks
- Delay on delivery
- Unable to use service as specify in the campaign conditions

To return the product must be process within 7 days after the date of receive. You will need to submit the form Refund Form within seven days from the date you receive the goods. Shipping and return to Buzzebees within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
About Refund Policy

Customers must process according the following;
- Please submit Refund Form and copy of Identification Card/ Passport, certified true copy with written reference of Order number, in case payment done through counter service, you have to submit copy of first page of bank book account that you would like us to transfer the refund back. The document must contain account number, account name, bank name and branch. The account name must be the same person who made purchase order. Once you submit such required information to the company, the refund amount will be made in full.
- In case payment done via credit card, customer will receive refund amount back to that credit card directly (duration of this process will be up to the credit card issuer).
- Please submit required document to e-mail : support@buzzebees.com with subject “request refund of order number (specify order reference number)” and attached document above.
- The company shall need approximately 15 working days for refund process or as prescribed by the bank (case by case) counting from the day company receives the products back and required document attached.
- Shipping the product back to the company, please select a traceable delivery method in order to check delivery status if the item is lost during delivery, the company reserves the right to not be in any responsibility. Remark : Buzzebees does not define the shipping date; therefore, it is impossible to specify the receiving date and it depends on the shipping method that customer selected.
